Summer is here and the living is easy and hot but also very humid here in the Washington metropolitan area. With whatever the weather, we need to keep our families in mind, giving thanks. In addition to everyday, this season honors our parents, grandparents and step parents.
Our interviewee Erica Wilson loves the water and has been excited about teaching others that water is for improving our bodies, both on the inside and on the outside. We also have some Hot Weather Exercise Tips to keep you cool this summer.
