It’s a new year, and I have already decided to make some changes in my life. How about you? The Word says the flesh is weak but the spirit is strong. We desire to make changes, but it definitely takes a lot of prayer, discipline, and a good support group. This is where “Born To Move” Magazine comes into play.
In this edition, our writers have enclosed wonderful articles to help start the New Year with style by taking another glance at the way we look at ourselves, providing tips in shopping for healthier foods and storing them for lasting freshness, knowing and discussing our health number with physicians, managing effectively our finances, trying different ways to exercise smarter (not harder) and much more.
“Born To Move” is always excited to feature someone who is an asset to the community, transparent and has a willingness to serve in every capacity; she is Rhonda Dews Murrill in this edition. In the future, we will continue featuring “mature women” who give of themselves to serve others. Should you know such a person, please write us so that we can let others pay tribute to these special women.
Happy New Year, and always try to make at least one change in your life that will last a lifetime.
