Nutritional Info Per Serving:  5 grams protein; 40 grams carbohydrates; 1.7 grams fat; 4 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt; 1 gram saturated fat; 0 milligrams cholesterol; 1 gram fiber; 76 milligrams sodium4 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1/2 cup mango sorbet
  • 4 raspberries (garnish)

Place yogurt in a bowl, top with sorbet.  Garnish with raspberries
