Herbs have always been used for medicinal purposes.  Below are most common use and are easily grown in your home for that special cup of tea.

Peppermint

  • Settles upset stomach
  • Eases muscle cramps

Lemon Balm

  • Dispels anxiety
  • Improves mood

Rosemary

  • Increase memory
  • Reduces joint pain

Valerian

  • Acts as a sleep aid
  • Has sedative effects

Sage

  • Eases sore throats
  • Freshens breath
